Need help with sizing: First, consult this sizing chart to find the right size. Second, get the best fit. Measure diagonally from shoulder to opposite hip, see image, and consult the sizing chart. After you receive your hotsling, try it on. If you are pregnant, there should be some room in the pouch between your belly and the outer rail. You should be able to open it a few inches. Once you have your baby, put the baby in the sling and if it feels too tight, you need a larger size. If the bottom of the pouch is much lower than your navel, you need a smaller size.
