These acupressure bands are an inexpensive, safe, and effective treatment for nausea in pregnancy.
Acupressure is based on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture. Putting pressure on specific places on your body relieves various symptoms.
How to use:
Place bands on pressure points P-6, about three finger widths from your wrist. To locate P-6, place the first 3 fingers of your opposite hand across the inside of your wrist. See second product image for diagram.
