Alleviates my back pain but can shift with certain movements (bending over or restroom). Adjustable to grow with you and side straps to help it conform to your body, making back pain disappear. I carry low and I feel like it can reduce babys movements in certain positions. All in all a helpful product.

great support but like all bands, can be somewhat warm in summer. Not a flaw of the band itself and i terms of comfort when sitting, this band is far superior to others!

It really alieviates back pain & helps take some weight off your hips. Great product looking forward to switching to the tummy belt after baby boy is born.

I had my baby almost 3 months ago will this Atlas band still work for me?
We have had customers use this product after one year. Although we recommend wearing your postpartum band right after you deliver for 6-8 weeks, there is no reason why you can't wear it whenever you can or want to. There are additional benefits of the product that include extra back support and improved posture. Many women in other cultures bind up until a year post birth, so this is a great question and we can't really answer it for you. Results will vary and the best time to do this is right after delivery.
Does this come with the cold/hot compress packs or are they sold separately?
The Atlas A-Band combo does not come with a compress.
