It was a great fit for petites. I am 5ft 4 in and about 115 lbs. XS was a great fit. The twist front did not feel like too much fabric. I often find these types of dresses to be overwhelming on the top but this one was actually flattering. I wore it to a casual morning wedding and felt very comfortable and was able to nurse my baby with no problems.
