Love the variety of products, bummed that some of the items do not come in my size on this site even though they do on other sites. Also wish return shipping was included or cheaper. That is definitely preventing me from ordering more.

Excellent customer service! Made shopping a pleasure. I needed to exchange an item for a different size; they shipped my replacement before receiving the original item that I was sending back. I really appreciate that level of trust and I wasn't expecting it. Beats all other maternity clothing websites I have tried. I'm close to my due date now, but will recommend to friends and will certainly try Figure 8 first in the future if the need arises. Thank you for a great experience!

A week ago, I sent an email to you regarding my disappointment about my order, but have not received any response.
My disappointment was based on the care instructions for the dress I received. On the web site, the care instructions said machine wash, tumble dry. But when I received the dress, the tag said hand wash, line dry. I was very disappointed because this is a nursing dress and my newborn has reflux. I don't have time for special care for nursing garments, and the care instructions are a major factor in my decision to purchase nursing clothes. I felt disappointed, and then when my email to you went ignored, I became even more dissatisfied. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to explain what went wrong and attempt to make it right.

I am so impressed by the selection of nursing clothing! This surpasses what I have seen on many other websites and all my local stores. I will definitely be telling others about the store. As a first time buyer, I did find that some brands far surpassed by expectations but others weren't a great fit. This is to be expected...I only wish I could visit a store locally to try things on rather than shipping back and forth!

Customer services was very helpful and I appreciated the added note attached to a rose on the packaging wishing my daughter all the best. A nice touch! Unfortunately the dress I purchased for her did not compliment her and we had to return. I would certainly recommend Figure 8 to friends and family. cjh

Service was fast and friendly. I ordered a handful of items and returned all but three. It was hard to figure out what I was charged and what was returned in the end because I couldn't see the final itemized prices after a 15 percent discount. I just got an email with the total arount returned to my card but didn't feel confident in the amount because there was no supporting detail of what was received and what was charged and returned for each item.
