Had two original HotSlings in the past for our first born- loved that those were more stretchy than this sling, but the fact that this one is adjustable as I lose the baby weight offsets that minor preference, because with our first I needed to buy two different sizes as I lost the weight and got smaller. Definitely recommend to nursing moms or moms with babies that require being held... a lot.
