Was very happy with the customer service that was provided. My only constructive criticism would be that in my original order, it was missing a portion of the item I ordered (the slip to a dress). I called customer service, they rushed it over no problem! Very appreciative of that. Unfortunately, even with the slip, the dress didn't work out; no fault of Figure 8. Thank you for taking care of me & my prompt refund.
