Great customer service (as judged by the condition in which receiving my package). Very sweet and thoughtful. Love the discounts, loyalty dollars and other coupon opportunities. The products are overall quite good, though one dress I received I felt was thin in material and construction for the price ($100), but of course the products are made by different manufacturers.
