customer service is top notch. They are very responsive,pleasant and accommodating. The dress I ordered is very comfy and cute. It does run small. I had to return the small for a medium because the bust area is tight. The exchange process was simple and quick.

Figure 8 is fantastic. I really like the maternity/nursing attire. The compression C-panties were a waste of money. I ordered the correct size and still they roll down and do not do what they claim to do. I have ordered other compression pieces and had to return them for similar reasons.

I felt that the clothes were not as they appeared in the pictures. The color of one of them was way off. The fit was horrible. I don't know if they pinned them on the models to make them look tighter - but they hung on me like a sack and were not flattering at all. I was so hoping to find a nursing dress. Although the return process went smooth - after spending $300 on three dresses - I would have like for Figure8 to cover the return shipping. So, I spent $15 on return shipping and have not even one dress to enjoy. I am a mother of four - so to go into the post office and then pay the money is difficult and frustrating. Now I have to go to the dreaded mall to shop.
