I saw one of your nursing covers that a friend had and loved it. It was gray and white and had one ruffle at the top and two or three ruffles at the bottom. I ordered one for my daughter-in-law and when I received it, I noticed that only the pockets were ruffled. I was so disappointed, but after looking back at my order, it was totally my mistake. I had just assumed that the same colored cover would be the one my friend had, but couldn't find in on your website. Will you ever come back with that design again?

I came across a nursing bra on pinterest and found it on your site. I was able to order it immediately and had the product 3 days later. Free shipping is a huge bonus. Probably wouldn't have ordered the bra with out it!

I recieved the shirt in a great amount of time but the first time I washed it the strap broke . I was very upset because it was expensive , and because I loved it I already threw away the papers to exchange or return it . :( I have one from when I had my son which not sure where I bought that but that never broke I still have it it's just to small . So I was very dissappointed with that .

I had a good experience shopping online. However, some items were not satisfactory so I have to return them. One of the items worked out quite well, and I ordered them in more colors. However, I found better price elsewhere along with a size that I couldn't find here, so I ended up purchasing the colors elsewhere.

Overall good. The item itself is ok. The issue I have is that after I hook the cups you can still see the loop outside the cup. The extra material that the breast goes through is visible after the cup is hooked. It's hard to explain so I hope you understand.

To Whom it may concern: I tried to use the link below to provide feedback but the link would not work. In fact I was directed to a page that said, "transaction not located." I wanted, however, to give feedback related to the top quality service your company afforded me. The items I ordered came in a timely fashion & were beautifully packaged. In fact, I just had my daughter 3 days prior to my package delivery. I felt very special due to care & thoughtfulness of your company. The return process was easy to complete & company policy regarding return merchandise was clearly defined. This was all no hassle. I hate the items I ordered were too small b/c I truly want to purchase from a first class company such as Figure 8. I plan to order some additional items in the near future once my milk supply settles & I am able to obtain accurate measurements of my bust. I am so happy I found figure 8 online. I was having a hard time finding stylish nursing clothes, but Figure 8 has too much :) I will be ordering more when the budget allows. The only comments I have are that the black/gray hoodie I ordered seems itchy for some reason and the quality of fabric could be a bit better, although I love the style of every piece and the delivery was so fast. Thank you! I am happier to be in public with nursing clothes that work and look good!

The nursing pajamas I bought were of poor quality and the drawstring tore off the first time I used them. I don't mind paying more for quality but this is insulting to me. The mark-up is insane if you are going to sell a cotton pajama that feels like paper on the skin and rips after one use then I can't buy from your website anymore. I assumed you tried each product to make sure that it was to your satisfaction and up to your standards but apparently the bar is set very low.

Product sizing (Carriwell nursing tank) was not noted correctly on site. I went against my better judgement and went with the bigger size based off of the sizing chart, and it was quite large. Having free return shipping would have made the experience better. But overall, the exchange process was easy.
