Great site. Sending the package wrapped in nice paper with a personalized flower and note is a really nice touch. Thanks also for having non-ugly clothes... I get compliments whenever I wear my Figure 8 clothes, especially my party gown!

Just a quick review of a past purchase. I bought a Peekaboo black tank in small a few months ago. It was adorable and soft out of the package but immediately after the first wash, it started pilling and fading. It looks like a terrible quality beater tank and the only item I am disappointed with. It was my fault for not bringing this to your attention earlier, but with a 2 month old (at the time), I was still trying to keep my head above water and didn't think of writing a review then.
All other purchases have been beyond my expectations as well as your customer service.

Great customer service and great shopping experience overall. The only thing that can make it better is free returns. It's hard to get nursing sizes right on the first try. Love the loyalty points too.

Wow! What a fantastic, user friendly website with FANTASTIC brands! The shopping, ordering process, and presentation of the package (cute wrapping and handwritten note congratulating me on my pregnancy) were all STELLAR!!
My only piece of advice is to continue to offer the free shipping but add free returns. Maternity clothes are difficult to fit and many of these items/lines can't be tried on in a store. Since none of the items I chose fit properly (not the fault of Figure 8 at all, but I did order based on the size recs and still nothing fit) I am stuck paying the shipping to return. Because of this one charge, I am more likely to order next time from Nordstrom b/c they offer the same brands and offer free shipping and returns. Such a shame b/c everything else is extremely customer friendly and impressive!
