Love your customer Service. You can tell a lot about a company in how this department is run and managed. Nice personal touches!! I like the quality of your clothing, though I tend to think some things are prohibitively overpriced. I DO operate under the premise of "you get what you pay for" and that goes for quality product and service, but... $60+ for a nursing tank just isn't going to happen in my world 9I was happy to pay full and sale prices for any/all items ordered through you so far, but I do draw a line somewhere. ;)

U should waive return shipping Fee if you are doing an exchange and I had no where to enter my loyalty dollars with exchange. also the tube top I ordered was total crappy, for a heavyset person not a normal person

The two nursing dresses I ordered came super fast and they both fit perfectly, to my happy surprise. They both seem to be high quality pieces of clothing and if I get pregnant again, they'll work as maternity dresses!

Purchase arrived earlier than I expected - which is great because I desperately needed a baby carrier for my increasing heavy little one. I bought the freehand Meitai and it came in very good condition. We've been using it everyday and it's a lifesaver! Definitely something I will recommend to friends with kids.

All was extremly great buying from you. Only matter is that unfortunatly you (still, I assume) do not send out of the US, so I could only receive the item by sending it to family in the US and later sending it to Europe.
I can hardly wait to have the oportonaty to receive it directly in Europe.
