Though my first transaction was up to par, my second, which included a return, was not. I e-mailed to ask questions about inventory and sizing and never received a reply. I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card for the items I returned. It seems Figure8 excels in customer service only as long as you are spending your money with them. If you want some back, good luck.

I was really impressed with the quality of service. First, I received my order so quickly, then my exchange for a different size (my fault) was treated with the same speed. My order was actually shipped back out to me before they even received my return! This meant so much to me, especially because the outfit I bought was a gift for someone else, I was afraid the time loss with the exchange would make me late. Also, they responded with emails every step of the way. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing products with a great shopping and delivery experience. I had to go to the post office to return an item which was difference from other online shopping experiences. Other sites, the packaging can be reused and includes pre-paid shipping labels.

I ordered the Bamboobies nursing pads. They are fantastic. So soft and don't show as much under my clothes. I love that they make me feel more like I get to wear something pretty than that I have to wear a pad. Figure 8 had them shipped out quickly and they arrived sooner than expected. I love the selection at Figure 8 especially for nursing moms with the loyalty dollars and sales on new items I will be shopping here more often for the great selection of D&A clothes if I have another baby instead of the materinity stores.
