I've been purchasing a specific item for a few years now. Each time I try to use my "customer appreciation credit" I have difficulty and need to call customer service. I know it's only a matter of a few dollars, but it's annoying to continue to have trouble online. Customer support over the phone has always been very helpful, but I shouldn't have to bother their time with something I should be able to do independently. Thank you for your understanding.

Figure 8 has the widest selection of maternity/nursing apparel. I love their sales and speedy delivery. Will recommend to friends who are having babies.

The only thing I didn't like is that I could only exchange one item per order. I ordered two bras, a large and a medium and then exchanged the medium for the xl only to find out that I needed an xl in both bras. I was instructed to return the second bra and then reorder. I'm still waiting to see if I was refunded properly for that last transaction but overall it wasn't bad. It just would've been more convenient to do the exchange instead of a return.
