Although the items shipped promptly and the entire shopping experience was wonderful, the USPS lost the package, (misdelivered) and it did not arrive when expected. Although I was getting nowhere with the postal service, (who had it marked as delivered), it was Stephanie in customer service that immediately responded to my first inquiry and tracked it down! She was responsive, professional, and just went above and beyond what was expected. This is a wonderful site and I would highly recommend the retailer and the quality products! Susan

I loved this dress! I wore it for my baby shower. The fit was perfect and true to size. I got a lot of compliments while wearing this dress. I was a size 6 before I got pregnant. I ordered this dress one size larger. This dress has a body con fit, so it is very form fitting. I loved it.

Package arrived quickly. Both items were great quality, and the navy-blue tank is already a staple! I really wanted to love the other tank, as it was beautiful, and if I were still pregnant, would have looked really nice on me. Unfortunately, the shape just wasn't a flattering fit. It would look better if I weren't so short-wasited I think. The top was too roomy down to the waist, but the lower half of the shirt was too tight, and emphasized my post-twins tummy. The color and fabric was beautiful!

I was overall very happy with my Figure 8 experience. My one criticism is with the return process. My package was shipped 2 day priority and I needed to return an item. I printed the return label and repackaged my item in the priority box that it came in. When I got to the post office they said I couldn't mail it first class which is what the return label said in a priority box and I had to repackage it. Luckily the woman at the post office had an extra box and was kind enough to help me repackage it. You should tell customers to not use the priority box or have the returns be priority mail.

I wish the hem length was more prominently noted. I didn't notice it until I had to call customer service to return my dress because it was too short. I love the free shipping!

I love the items on your website. However, with the exchange rate, shipping cost and duty I ended up having to pay, it ended up being much too expensive. I would have liked to exchange the size for one of the shirts, but didn't want to pay any more toward shipping so I'm just keeping the item and will most likely try to find someone to alter it.

I love almost everything. Wonderful selection, customer service, free shipping/returns is great. A little pricey sometimes, but that seems to be the norm with nursing clothes. Anyway, the only big change I would like to see is with the return process. I did the return request, and all was fine. Unfortunately I didn't know that my printer was out of ink, and now I can't go back into the website and print it. I'll have to contact customer service, which is ok, but it would be less time and energy for me (mom of twins + 2 older kids, every little bit counts!) if I could simply re-print.

It is so wonderful to have nursing clothes that fit well and look good. I feel put together for the first time in months. My only ding is that the package was sent signature required--not the best situation when you're home alone with a sleeping baby in your arms. That said, I could not be happier with most of the actual clothes and would order again.
