The satin dress I ordered wasn't the best quality. For the price I expected an exquisite garment. Now having touched and examined the few pieces I ordered, the prices are a bit exorbitant for the quality. Other than that the customer service is excellent!

The belly bandit selling points were "can not be seen under clothing". Completely un true so if a customer asks this you should let them know. It is big and bulky. Customer service was great though. Thanks.

I understand it's hard to buy clothing on-line, but better instructions for sizing would be helpful. Also, free returns. I would be far more likely to keep using figure 8 if worst case scenario I just had to put something in the mail. But I've learned my lesson, and will go with only local stores or places with a free return policy.

Yours is a very thoughtful company intent on making the customer feel appreciated and needed. I was extremely impressed with the letter I received offering free shipping and gift wrap should I purchase anything else. Your customer service is ideal and far exceeds any I have run in to! Good job!
