the only thing i would improve is the check out process. from recollection it didn't save my information from last time and i found the redeeming of my "bonus credit" (cant remember your lingo) difficult. i think it's because i have since changed my email and even though i had the correct credit code i needed to use an old email address to redeem it. not sure how i get out of that cycle as the new credit is now also associated with the old email address.

I throughly enjoyed my shopping experience with Figure 8 Maternity especially when I called immediately after placing on online order and needed to change my order before it was shipped. I was pleasantly suprised when a live customer service rep. answered the call. She was really helpful in making changes to my order, getting the right size items ordered, and making sure it would ship in a timely manner. I would definitely order from Figure 8 again in the future.

The only thing I would change is that when I returned and then purchased new items, I was not able to use the 'loyality' dollars - I could have returned and later purchased merchandise with the loyality points but it did not seem worth it. A nice 'customer service jesture' would have been to allow those points to apply to the new items.
