Clothing just seemed a little too over-priced. But I thought that when the package would arrive I would be able to tell the difference in fabrics chosen and other detailing factors that would attribute to the high cost. I really was somewhat disappointed that the quality did not match the price.

I would recommend a different standard shipping option for canadian customers. It was a very high shipping charge considering how long it took to arrive. I was very unhappy with that.

Figure 8 provides extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service. When I received an incorrect item in my first order, they immediately responded by shipping out a replacement and providing for the shipping/return of the unwanted item. Their fast service and attention to the issue is actually why I shopped with them again. It's rare to find such fast and attentive customer service. Great job!
