I had communicated w/customer support re: my confusion over free shipping. My understanding was that I would receive free shipping, but was then charged for it. The free shipping offer as explained on the website was confusing, & I thought that the svc response was positive. When I didn't get the free shipping after all, I was very disappointed, but tired of asking for assistance on this matter. i know it's a small amount, but I doubt I'd order again even tho I liked the products & prices.
