I was very surprised at how quickly my items arrived. Beautiful clothing! Unfortunately, I had to return 1 of the 2 items. Customer service was prompt with my return request. The return process was extremely easy. Will definately order from Figure 8 again!

was a little disappointed that one of the bras ordered appeared a little bit diiferent than picture -- ie., had metal snaps rather than plastic closure -- turned out to a little matronly in comparison to version shown online.

i really liked the website and absolutely LOVED one of the bras i bought. the other one was pretty comfortable, but after one wash, one of the seams ripped open. i fixed it with superglue, and seems to be holding, but come on, one wash?
