I have made several orders and exchanges with Figure8 and the experience has exceeded my expectations. I forgot to return an item that didn't fit and just barely got the item in the mail before the exchange deadline. I ordered other items in exchange that were promptly delivered. I kept one item and exchanged two others and my new items were shipped the same day I shipped the return items back. Superb customer experience and excellent quality products!

The dress was beautiful and I received many compliments on it. Nursing access from the hidden middle zipper was easy to use. Fit was true to size and the length was perfect! I will wear it long after nursing.

My daughter loved the dress I ordered for her, but unfortunately, it didn't fit her. That being said, delivery was prompt and Customer Service was great with our return. I will definitely shop here again and would highly recommend.

Product was not what I expected. Fabric is very stiff and uncomfortable in the breast area. Return policy said I could only exchange if tagswe're still on, which they were not :( so $50 down the drain..

It's almost impossible to find nursing tops in stores and surprisingly just as hard to find them online, let alone stylish options. When I found Figure8 I was so excited to see all of the lovely nursing options. Of course it's difficult to know if anything will fit well when shopping online, especially when your a new nursing size, so the free returns/exchange option was appreciated. Shipping time was so fast and the wrapping with the personal note was a perfect touch. I've already bought 8 tops and plan on purchasing more soon. I'm so happy I found this site!

I needed a dress for a wedding, and was also interested in trying out some nursing tops. The order came quickly and everything was true to size. Unfortunately, the only dress I wanted to keep had a sewing defect. The customer service department tracked down another dress in the same size and sent it to me right away. I could not be more pleased! The easy shopping and return/exchange process makes it very likely I will be shopping here again. With a baby to care for, it is so nice to be able to try things on in the comfort of my own home. Thank you!

I have already recommended you to family and friends. I had a little trouble getting the correct cup size based on Cake Maternity's sizing chart, and your customer service was exemplary. I don't believe I have ever had such responsive, helpful, and effective customer service from any other company! And the product was well worth the trouble. The nursing, sports bra I got is a superb bra. It's comfortable and gives exceptional support!

I was mostly dissatisfied with my dress. It is a really cute print and I want to love it, but the color of the dress is light and it stains really easily. It's a nursing dress, so I should be able to nurse in it without worrying about drops of milk getting on it. Also, the empire waist was cute, but it cut me right at the mid point of my bust. I would have returned the dress, but again, I really like the print and I've already worn it so I don't know that they would take it back....I have a four month old and I don't have the patience to fight with customer service.

Loved the tissue wrapping and little note inside the box. Clothes were great. i loved way more than I usually would if shopping in a store. Great clothing for nursing -- and not nursing!

I was really impressed with the large selection of nursing clothing available. My selections came quickly and in general fit very nicely. I thought the personal touch of the card on the inside really went the extra mile. I do feel like the clothes are all a little overpriced but overall I was delighted with my experience.

You are extremely responsive. I'll shop again for sure! Only suggestion: Keeping track of our Loyalty Dollars feels like one more hassle in life. (I already can't recall if there is a code for applying it.) If we can use our email as the only code to access our LDollars, that would be great.

This is the largest selection of nursing items I've been able to find. The free shipping was great since I don't usually buy clothes online since I can't try them on. The return process for the ones that didn't fit was so easy and quick and the refund was processed quickly. I love this site.
