The MJ's I ordered have a defect that I didn't notice until after I'd worn them so, it was too late to exchange. The left pant leg is frayed and looks unfinished. Is there something I can do? A discount, perhaps?

I had a good experience placing my order and the delivery was very fast. I have been waiting two weeks for a refund on one of the items that didn't work for me. I am assuming I will receive an email when you receive the item. The only thing I didn't like was that prier to placing the order I sent am email asking questions about a certain item. I never got a response back so I ending up guessing on size. It would be nice to hear back in regard to questions I might have in a more timely manner in the future. Thank you.
