One of the items I received had a manufacturing flaw. I contacted customer service for an exchange, and the communication was GREAT! I wish everyone was as easy to deal with as Figure 8. Plus, many great styles (and price points) to choose from.

Figure8 has a great selection of cute maternity and nursing clothes for a good price. However, what I have been most impressed with is the cuatomer service. For two different orders now I have had to make a couple changes after the order was placed. On both occasions I received a response back from your staff within a few minutes with options to update the order and had my issue resolved quickly (instead of having to deal with a series of automated responses or waiting on hold for a long time as is usually the case with other online retailers). I really appreciated the personalized service and will continue coming back!
