Love your selection, reviews, and service. The one issue I have is with the sorting for bras. As a tough to fit size (36/38 L), the filter doesn't seem to always match.

Your customer service went above and beyond, and got back with me promptly. I had such a hard time with my credit card being rejected I was so flustered plus you had no phone number listed to see if my transaction took place, however, your customer service got ahold of me promptly and went above and beyond. I only put satisfied for items meeting expectation because it was a gift and she seemed satisfied and I don't know if she will exchange or return it for something else. I can just speak for my experience. I would recommend your store because of the person that helped me. She is great in your customer support and is a great asset to your store.

I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was - which is great to know for the future, since my belly gets bigger by the week. I ordered a dress for a wedding and it came the next day! The dress fits perfectly and is so comfortable. Thank you Figure8!!!

The first item that I received was opened and looked worn so I returned it. Jenny reached out to me immediately after receiving my request for return and was so helpful and professional. She shipped a new Sienna to me and refunded my 2 day shipping fee. I am so impressed with her amazing customer service. The sienna is not as comfortable as I hoped, but does help with my c section pain while I am out and about. The underwear are not tight enough and do not hold in my mid section. Overall I am very happy with figure8's customer service, but am not too impressed with my items.

Poor quality clothes and too expensive for that quality.. I would probably get the same for at the most $20-30 dollars at thyme maternity or motherhood maternity. Also shipping took too long , almost 25 days. Not worth investing so much money and I wouldn't shop there again.
