Easy shopping. Fast shipping. Nursing access on dresses not so great.

The package was sent usps which is usually fine, but it want not left at home and I had to go to a post office to pick up. One item purchased was two pieces--one piece came as an extra large and the other was an extra small. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I'm waiting to try on before knowing which dress I will keep. My past order from figure 8 went a lot smoother.

I ordered nursing/hands free pumping bras which fit well, but the opening for the breast pump flange is not large enough for the flange to fit in, so i had to return them.

Good idea and design. Easy to put on and wear. Useless if you have a long body. Doesnt cover as described on instructions

I was told the price in American even during checkout after changing my address and didn't realize I paid more (canadian) until I recieved the package with the teceipt

I have never experienced better customer service. An actual person with specific comments responded to my questions about fit/sizing, and the support for the exchange and return was great (including through some misadventures in delivering the original exchange item). All the responses were super-fast and it was nice to get an email confirming that a return had been received. I wish every company was like this and I'll recommend it to all the pregnant women/new moms I know.

Although a little pricey, the selection of clothing and accessories is wonderful. Clothes arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. And fortunately all items fit! I did not need to use the return or exchange options but based on the follow up emails to ensure my package arrived and I'm satisfied, I can tell customer service would be great.

Well made dress and a beautiful color. Runs a little big. Ordered my pre-pregnancy size which is small, but it was loose and not flattering. I exchanged it for size XS and it was perfect with enough give for room to grow (used it for my baby shower at 26 weeks) . I like the fact that it will carry me into 3rd trimester and I can wear it well after giving birth (even when I'm back to pre-pregnancy size). Exchange process was free, easy, and quick. Very happy with dress and customer service.

I loved shopping with figure 8 maternity. I love the free shipping and free returns. I was not 100% satisfied with my last order from them, and returned it. The whole process was very easy. So after being satisfied with that experience I went ahead and ordered another product. I wish I knew about them when I was pregnant. Will be keeping them in mind for my next baby!

I loved that I was able to find a nursing dress that was the right color that I could wear to a wedding. One thing I would change (perhaps in the sizing?) is that as someone who is nursing an older baby, I've started to lose my post-pregnancy body...so the dress was almost a little too forgiving in the stomach area. Could definitely wear this as a maternity dress as well! Perhaps make two different sized nursing dresses? Some that are sized for pregnant or new nursing mothers, and some that are sized for nursing mothers who are no longer in maternity sizes? Overall pleased with my purchase. Just a suggestion.
