Love the free returns. I could buy two sizes, try on at home and return one. But the return label that I could print directly from your website has 2 problems. #1 as per the USPS was not allowed to be put on the box that the item came in, so I had to find a new box and #2 wasn't for enough weight to cover the dress. So I called customer service and was very nicely sent a new Fedex label for a higher weight that I could use with the same box.

I was told returns and exchanges were free. This was not the case as i had to pay the shipping for the exchange. I am very disappointed by this.

Items I order were too large. Figure 8 was quick with the exchange, though I wish I had waited until until I tried on the exchange items before returning the original items. I appriciate the free return, however you only get on free return. I had to return one of the exchange items and had already shipped out the original items so I had to pay for returning the last return.

My order of Maternity bras came a week before I thought they were expected to arrive, which I was extremely happy with. The sizes were perfect! I would love to recommend them to anybody looking for a nice maternity bra, but not looking to spend an arm and a leg.
