I love these socks! I've had to travel often during my second and third trimesters, and I wanted a pair of high-quality compression socks for long (miserable) days in the airport or car. These socks have been better than I expected: they're tight, but not too tight; easy to get on and off; and do not make your feet sweat. I haven't had a single foot cramp while wearing these socks. Great product!

Love the merchandise and the customer service. But the return/exchange process is not very user-friendly, and it would be great if customers could print return labels on the website or have the labels included in the shipment.

I ordered a size small and realized I might be more comfortable in a medium so I ordered that and then returned the small - I REALLY appreciate how easy Figure 8 made the return process and ESPECIALLY how they sent me an email acknowledging that they'd received my returned package and gave me a timeframe for processing the return. That really eliminated a lot of stress and effort on my end. They're much easier to deal with than other online retailers, in my experience. I would definitely order from Figure 8 again!

I was disappointed in the lengthy delivery time to Australia (4 weeks) as the items arrived too late for me to wear to my daughter's christening. In comparison to other international retailers like Asos who generally deliver within a few days, it means that I probably won't use Figure8 again - which is a shame, as I like the products you sell.
