I liked the online store but get frustrated when I receive something that doesn't fit and isn't quite what I thought and I have to pay $6 to return it. It reminds me that I can only purchase items online that have free returns or that I a absolutely sure I want. I probably won't buy anything else from figure 8 just because I will be unsure of the sizing and fit. I understand that returns are expensive, but the cost of returns to me personally are the significant downside to online shopping.

Everything I have ordered from. Figure 8 has been great. The packaging is nice and the little notes of congratulations and welcome back make you truly feel like a valued customer. I wish I have known about Figure 8 (3) years ago during my first pregnancy. I would highly recommend this store/ website.

The store experience was great. The only problem being that I do not think the description of the item was misleading. The description led me to believe the bathing suit top was going to have a built in bra when all it really has is an extra elastic banded layer. Normally this would not be a big deal but for a maternity suit I think the added support is really necessary.

customer service is excellent, items receives fast, good prices, will def return to shop here. My only complain is the return policy for undies. I understand it's a sanitary issue but a couple of the undies I ordered was too small and I cannot exchange them for bigger size :( oh well, I guess I will lose the weight after the birth of the baby anyways. So no big deal.

I would love to recommend you because you seem to want to try to give good service but I have double charges today on my credit card despite the fact that we've been working out a return issue for the last week. Please communicate better. The whole issue with the delivery service was frustrating - I know you can't help carrier mistakes but a follow up call from the sender of the merchandise would have prevented the second batch of items from coming to me in the first place. Instead I had to take charge of the whole situation. Personally I would rather pay for shipping myself and have the option of using UPS, who are very reputable compared to Fedex who are notorious for issues.

Great customer service! I had a problem with my order and using my rewards dollars towards it and the customer service rep had it fixed and reimbursed my card almost immediately!
