My biggest complaint is that I ordered this on my husband's laptop and now he is being bombarded with ads of pregnant women in underwear and belly bands. Other than that, good experience.

Return process was easy- except Fed Ex Ground is not easy in the area I live. There are no convenient drop boxes like fed ex express or UPS has. As far as online printing the label, etc- that part is great- thank you.
