my package got lost in the mail - i contacted customer service and Jaclyn helped me tremendously by tracking it down with the USPS. Being 9 mos pregnant, dealing with finding this package was a bigger headache to me than it normally would have been and she took that stress away. I was also happy with the items i ordered and will definitely shop with Figure 8 again.
