I feel like the Figure 8 team is really looking out for me. They're very responsive whenever I have questions, and I've seen them remove items that they deem to be unsatisfactory quality from the website so that customers won't be disappointed. I just wish they carried more petite length sizes!

Wonderful design - it's so clever for a nursing sweater and something that doesn't scream, "nursing sweater." The fabric, however, is downright awful. The first indication that the fabric would be an issue was when I read the washing instructions - hand wash only. Who has time for that? When I washed it for the first time (per instructions) there was black fuzz everywhere!! In the sink, on my hands... When I wore it for the first time, the shedding continued. There was black lint/ fuzz all over my baby's clothes and hands where she touched my sweater. For the price of this sweater, I am so disappointed at the cheap fabric they used -it's what you might expect from a $10 sweater. Very disappointed.

Figure8 is amazing! My package was taken from my apartment complex after it was dropped off and Figure8 and FEDEX handled everything amazing! Their customer service department was very helpful and the representative I had the pleasure of working with was beyond awesome and understanding. I truly appreciate all the efforts that figure8 put in to making the issue better and making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely shop with them again :)
