I was working on a 6-pack prior to getting pregnant and I had 4... I wondered what my torso would look like after giving birth. Well one full day of wearing this and my top 2 abs were very apparent! Very happy I didn't spend a boat load of money on the other binders. I got a size medium and I should have gotten a small because I wore the binder as tight as it would allow from day 1. If I had gotten a small I could have worn it longer, but still very happy with my results. Also it was nice to just wear for support in my back. I had back labor and I swear the only part of me that was sore post-partum was my back lol. The binder just made me feel so much more comfy and pain free in recovery. Although I have never tried the other binders out there, if I have another baby I will be using this one again. Can't beat the price!

works great. glad i didnt spend 80bucks on the other one. Definately get a size smaller than what you think.. i had to exchange mine but this site is so good they sent me my replace ment before i even got a chance to send them the one i had back!! only problem is that it rolls in back a bit and i wish it was wider..but im 6 feet tall so im used to things being too short for me.but its really helped alot!! i look almost like i did before i was pregnant and ive only used this for 2 weeks.. i wear it all the time including when i sleep.

I started wearing this about 4 days postpartum. It literally worked within days, I was making it smaller and smaller with each day that passed. I even had to order a smaller size, which is what I'm currently wearing. I wear it all day, except for when I go to bed. For the price, this is a great product! I'm so glad I didn't spend the money on other (overpriced) belly binders. Also, wearing this helped with my aching back. My one am only complaint is that it does scrunch up and I'm having to adjust it every time I sit or stand up.

I'm glad I decided to listen to the other reviews and order a smaller size, because otherwise I would have had to exchange it. I measured at the maximum Large measurement, and the medium is perfect. In fact, it's working so well I think I may even end up ordering a small in the future. I wish I would have used one of these after my first child! Only real negative is that it has a tendency to bunch up, ride up, and roll. If I do order another one, I think I'll go with the 9" instead of the 12".

after looking everywhere for a corset type stomach cincher I finally found this one which I love. It works great at holding everything in and you can feel it keep things in place which is what I thought lacked in other products. The only thing I don't enjoy is where you stick it together. It tends to bunch up and the velcro part moves so it pokes you. I usually just readjust it again and I'm fine. It's a great product and will definately be using it on my next pregnancy.

I had first purchased the size small and it was way too small, so I exchanged it to large and it fit perfectly.
I used it almost every day and it was very comfortable.
After 1 month or so, the large became too big as I got smaller, and I purchased the medium one, but this is also almost too big so I am exchanging for size small.
My baby is 3 months now, I'm so happy I went from size large to small in such short period of time!
Will definitely recommend.

This waist nipper is doing it's job. My stomach is going down and my back and abs are getting extra support. I chose the medium even though the measurement chart suggested a large. It fit the first day after I gave birth. At times it rides up and needs to be readjusted. I don't know if that would be true for other brands. I chose this band because of the price and I chose this site because of the great return policy.

Less expensive than other "belly binding" options I've seen for sale. This is the only one I've actually tried so I can't attest to whether it fits or performs better than other options. I started using it about a week after my daughter's birth. Really like the support it gave for my "loosey goosey" midsection. Seems to really be helping. Today I was able to comfortably put on a pair of pre-pregnancy pants!

Order smaller than you need because you adjust it smaller and smaller!! I have only had mine about a week and its almost too big now. I wish that it came with instructions on how to wear it. I am trying to wear it low over my c section pouch. It rides up and folds as I go throughout my day. Wearing yoga pants really helps hold it down. I would suggest laying on your back on the bed to fasten the belt.

Havent been able to use it yet since Im still pregnant but I cant wait to. I will say I origanally ordered a large following the size guidlines and when it arrived I new right away I needed a medium and had to exchange it. I would say order 1 size smaller than you think you need because it stretches and you want it to fit firm. I am very impressed with the quality though and I had a no hassle exchange.

LOVE this product. am glad i got the 9"... am only 5'4" & it supports great.
Started using in the hospital the day after surgery. 3rd child, but 1st C-section. only critique, may keep incision too moist, so budget time to wear with when you will be most active.
reviews right on with ordering SMALLER than you think you will need. for that matter, buy 2: 1 to wear while the other is washing out!

As you can see from the picture, the La Leche Waist Nipper does tend to roll a bit. So, instead of giving you a smooth sillouhette, the WN might give you an extra few rolls. However, I do enjoy it's softness at night and I like how it goes right under the ribs. I wear mine over the top of my belly bandit and it does the job of the upper belly--I wear it at night only, though.

I started out with one of those binders that the hospital gives you and I really liked it. However as it was one of those one size fits all I quickly shrunk beyonds its capacity. I got this and I really like it. I have shrunk down even more, pretty close to pregnancy specs. I only wish that it were more stretchy. I think that would be more user friendly.

Fantastic!!! I had a c-section and a tubes tied so my stomach was very senstive to the touch. Once I tried this on, it help tremendously with the sensitivity. I wear it everyday now and love that it makes you look slimmer. Works just as good as the expensive one, my friend has one and well, she is a lil upset that she spent so much for her's.
Soft and comfortable. Had purchased a namebrand waste censure with my first son last year and this is just as great! I highly recommend this product. I had my baby six days ago and have noticed a tremendous difference in my stomach! I started putting a slimming tank top underneath, then I put on the waist nipper. Absolutely love it!

Very happy with this product! Not only is it very comfortable and provides excellent support it has actually helped me to be more mobile post c-section. Not to mention the great price! There is no reason that any one should pay all that money for the more expensive wraps that are out there. I would recommend this product to everyone

I really liked how well this fit and supported my tummy and back after having a c-section. I wish I'd had one for my other 2! I just ordered a size smaller and the 9" model instead as the 12" seemed a little too long for my torso. Only complaint is that it is a little bulky to wear under clothes that are tighter fitting.

Fairly comfortable and easy to move in. I definitely agree with the other reviewers who suggest to order small... I wear large clothes so ordered a medium Waist Nipper but really, I'm almost at the end of the velcro at only 3 weeks postpartum. Should have ordered a small. Great price for a decent product.

The best ordering experience Ive had reciently, I will definately recomend the website. The band was helpful but I shouldve ordered a smaller size, being my first baby I didnt know how my body would react. The band was very comfortable and I just threw a nursing tank over it and looked great! Thank you!

haven't tried it yet, but i definitely recommend to measure the waist on your pre- preggo pants and go with that. the elastic over-wrap is generous. it's soft and will be comfy to wear. i'm 5 9' and the 9 inch wrap was ok, the 12 would be up to the bra band, so if you're not tall, go with the 9"

I like this product and have already recommended it to a few people. I noticed a difference after only a couple of days and have been wearing it 24/7. I read the reviews and I too say you should buy one size smaller than your measurements. I needed a L, but ordered a M and it fit fine.

Good product. I like that it provides extra support for weak postpartum abs, but it is a little uncomfortable. The Velcro has to be just right or it scratches my skin and when sitting down to nurse every couple of hours, it is so uncomfortable that I usually just remove it.

This was my fifth child but my first time using a waist binder. Now I wish I would have had it with all of them. The material is also breathable enough to wear in the hot southern summer. I did order a size smaller than the size chart recommended and that worked well.

Comfortable yet a bit tricky to get on tight. It's not as seamless as I had hoped but it's still totally wearable out in public. It shifts around just enough to make it annoying to wear while lounging around the house... But I think it shifts less than other styles.

Although this appears to be a quality product, it does not stay in one place. The product rolls up and leaves a bulge of material around the waist - and the whole reason for purchasing the product was to help with the bulge around the waist, not add to it.
