Loose and comfy but still work appropriate. I am 6'2" and the length of the xl I got was great. However I am normally a 14 so I ordered the xl but they are loose on my hips and slide down. Will definitely keep though as I keep getting bigger. Also I've not having a belly band that goes above the tummy.

I love the waistband of these pants. It works to keep the pants up without being itchy or uncomfortable like many other brands. Just wish these pants weren't so expensive!! Straight-leg doesn't seem that different from the wide-leg version.

I bought this for my pregnant daughter, who is an attorney. She said that it was a prefect fit and looked great with the Vertigo Jacket.

Pretty long--I'm 5'6", and they had to be hemmed quite a bit.
