Reviewer Status: entering 2nd trimester with 3rd
Runs small compared to the Seraphine twist front dress (similar front). I wear size 2 in the dress but would probably want at least a 4 in the top. Next size up sold out or I probably would try it. Not sure how long I will be able to wear it- probably not the last 2 months because will be too snug and too short.
