Reviewer Status: Male with long-term diastasis recti
I am a man with diastasis recti. I got it 3 years ago from rapid weight gain. I got my weight down but still looked pregnant from the diastasis recti. I have used this band for just over a week so far and my abdominal wall is already strengthening, the gap is disappearing and I am looking much thinner with abdominal definition. It's a bit uncomfortable sometimes but worth it.
