How do I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return an item you purchased, please follow the instructions below. If you haven't already done so, please read our return and exchange policy first.
- Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the following website:
You will be asked for your email address and transaction number (found on the front of the invoice). If you wish to request for an exchange, you may enter the items on this website.
- Mail the package to us. Please use a trackable service.

Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you by email (but only if you include the RMA on the outside of the package). We generally process your return package within a week of receipt. Any credit due will be issued to your original method of payment.
